Tony has over 20 years’ experience in providing successful career transition and talent management solutions to organisations in the public, private & third sectors.

He spent several years, at senior Director level, with two of the largest global career management consultancies and also spent the last five years contributing to the success of an   independent career management organisation before co-founding CareerWell.

He has been the recipient of the Gold Award from the Management Consultancies Association for his work on a restructuring project for a major UK client. Tony is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

He is an accredited practitioner in Executive Coaching through the Academy of Executive Coaching (AOEC) and has worked with a number of individual clients at all levels from the private, public and third sectors.  He is a great believer in how people can be developed and the positive impact that coaching can have on them.

Jayne is a widely respected thought leader in the health and wellbeing industry with over two decades operating at board level.  She has earned a reputation as a market pioneer and innovator based on an ability to deliver highly effective solutions for clients in the fields of preventive workplace wellness.

Jayne has worked in the private and public sector and has held roles in sales & marketing, contract management and senior leadership.  She was Managing Director of a leading UK EAP and Wellbeing company for 20 years and General Manager UK&I for the largest HR Career Management company.  She understands the importance in aligning the health and wellbeing strategy to the HR & business strategy.

She has designed a number of workplace health and wellbeing programmes, including the largest project to date in EMEA, and delivered workshops and training for leaders and managers in work-life balance, stress management, mental health & wellbeing, personal resilience and emotional intelligence.  She regularly speaks at conferences and events and has numerous published articles on workplace health and wellbeing, being a strong advocate of prevention and early intervention.

She is a qualified business coach and mentor who passionately believes that everyone has the capacity to be inspired, to embrace change, and to achieve their potential.
