CareerWell Limited is an independent provider of Career Transition, Coaching and Workplace Health & Wellbeing services to clients across the private, public and third sectors.
The company was co-founded in 2021 by Jayne Carrington, who is a widely respected leader in the health and wellbeing industry with over two decades operating at Board Level, and Tony Thornell, who has 25 years’ experience in designing and providing successful career transition and coaching solutions to clients. They bring their combined experience to CareerWell and are both totally focused on enabling corporate and individual clients to achieve their work-life goals.

We are equipped to provide guidance for career change, performance improvement, health & lifestyle issues and personal challenges.

Flexibility and Programme Design
All outplacement programmes and coaching support are tailored specifically to the needs of each individual or project. Thus, whilst some elements of coaching or training remain fixed for all individuals, the interactive nature of the programme allows for flexibility. Early diagnostic sessions with individuals help to focus on their specific needs.
